As I’m sure you can all imagine this has been a very difficult and highly emotional time for our family. We apologize for not updating the blog with more detailed information. But out of respect for our family and Adele’s wishes we’re sure you can all understand. We realize the grief of Adele’s illness reaches far beyond our hearts and many of you have unanswered questions. At this point in time Adele has been diagnosed with large cell lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer). She has a wonderful group of doctors that we have been working with. They have come up with a treatment plan which includes radiation followed by chemotherapy. She should be finishing up her first round of radiation this week and hopefully chemotherapy will begin shortly thereafter. Thank you again for all of your love and support.
This Blog is for the close friends and family of Adele. Our mother, daughter, wife, grandma, sister, aunt, cousin & Friend... she's our everything!

Home sweet Home
Adele is home and resting comfortably. She was released from Community General Hospital on Tuesday and came straight to our house, which is now her home as well. Tyson and Bryce can not believe how lucky they are to have Grandma living with them. And of course Lilo (the dog) and Logan (the cat) are thrilled as well.
Adele's radiation treatments are going well. She says she doesn't feel a thing and so far there have been no side effects.
